Our primary objective is to promote Ghana in the diaspora events. AKWAABA GROUP EVENTS Ghana Independence Celebrations Various musical concerts with guest artist Ghana Party in the Park (A Family Fun Day) – A family fun day attracting thousands of visitors across UK, and also from Ghana, US and Europe. The day comprises of music, cultural dancers, Durbar of Chiefs, fashion shows, football, children activities, arts and crafts stalls and of course freshly cooked traditional food. Miss Ghana UK Beauty Pageant – Akwaaba UK are the official organisers of the Miss Ghana UK Beauty Pageant. The pageant is one of the most prestigious and highly acclaimed Beauty Pageants in the UK since 1993 till present. Ghanaian ladies showcasing their beauty, cultural awareness and knowledge. Akwaaba UK monthly club events - Takes place on the last Saturday of every month @ various night clubs across UK and Ghana. Club night features music from Ghana DJ’s & MC’s.
